David Guetta is read about 2,584 times a day, in 90 languages.
A typical day, 30 days to 15 October 2026
The middle day of the days counted, so one week of news cannot move it. The line under it is the last 390 days, one point a day.
Something wrong? He turned house music into a pop lingua franca - the French DJ who sent "Titanium" and "When Love Takes Over" into the stratosphere and spent four separate years as the world's number one DJ, racking up 40 billion Spotify streams by making electronic music that crossed over without dumbing down.

Pierre David Guetta was born 7 November 1967 and spent his first three albums - Just a Little More Love (2002), Guetta Blaster (2004), Pop Life (2007) - building a lane without breaking through. The turn came with One Love in 2009: "When Love Takes Over" with Kelly Rowland hit number one in the UK, Billboard later called it the greatest dance-pop collaboration ever, and suddenly the French producer was everywhere, stacking "Sexy Bitch", "Gettin' Over You", "Memories" into a run that made electronic music unavoidable on pop radio. Nothing but the Beat (2011) doubled down - "Titanium" with Sia, "Where Them Girls At", "Without You" - and by 2013 he'd sold over 10 million albums and 65 million singles, voted number one DJ in the world in 2011, 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2025. He announced a new subgenre he called "future rave" with Morten Breum in 2019, released his seventh album 7 in 2018 under the alias Jack Back, and in 2021 sold his catalogue for up to $150 million - a catalogue that includes two Grammys and "I'm Good (Blue)", the third longest-running number one on the US dance chart.
