Zara Maria Larsson took the crown on Talang in 2008 and signed with Ten Music Group five years later, releasing her debut EP Introducing in 2013 with the Swedish chart-topper "Uncover". Her first album 1 followed in 2014, but it was the 2017 record So Good that cracked international markets - "Lush Life" became one of the UK's best-selling songs of the decade, and her feature on Clean Bandit's "Symphony" hit number one. She released Poster Girl in 2021, left Ten Music Group in 2022 to reclaim her catalogue, and put out Venus in 2024 under her own label Sommer House, alongside an acting debut in the Netflix drama A Part of You. Her fifth album Midnight Sun arrived in 2025 to strong reviews, its title track earning a Grammy nomination and marking her highest solo entry on the US Hot 100, while a 2026 collaboration with PinkPantheress topped the Billboard Global 200.
