About this person

George played two years at Fresno State before the Pacers took him tenth in 2010. He won Most Improved Player in 2013 and led Indiana to the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time in nine years. Then in 2014 he broke his leg during a Team USA scrimmage and missed most of the next season. He came back to make the All-Star team again in 2016 and won Olympic gold that summer. A 2017 trade sent him to Oklahoma City for two seasons, then to the Clippers in 2019, where he reached the Conference Finals in 2021. He signed with Philadelphia in 2024 and was traded to Boston two years later.
