Giuseppe Meazza played mainly for Inter Milan through the 1930s, racking up 284 goals in 408 games and three Serie A titles before shorter stints at Milan, Juventus, Varese, and Atalanta. He led Italy to World Cup wins in 1934 and 1938, wearing the captain's armband in France and joining an exclusive four-man club of Italians with two titles.
