A center who built his career around one skill done relentlessly: rebounding. Andre Drummond has spent over a decade pulling down boards at a rate that keeps him in the conversation even as the rest of his game draws questions.

About this person

Drummond came out of Connecticut after one season and went ninth overall to Detroit in 2012. The Pistons got a rebounding machine - he made the All-Rookie Second Team in 2013, earned his first All-Star nod in 2016, and spent years leading the league in boards. Detroit traded him to Cleveland in 2020. A buyout with the Cavaliers a year later sent him to the Lakers for the rest of 2020-21, then stops in Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Chicago, and now New York followed. He won gold with Team USA at the 2014 FIBA World Cup. The constant through the moves: wherever Drummond lands, the rebounds come with him.
