Erika Lane Frantzve won Miss Arizona USA in 2012 and walked the Miss USA stage that year. She launched two side projects - Everyday Heroes Like You, spotlighting small charities, and BIBLEin365, a Bible-reading push - and started hosting the podcast Midweek Rise Up. She began dating Charlie Kirk in 2019, married him in 2021, and they had two children. After his assassination in September 2025, she was named chairwoman and CEO of Turning Point USA, the conservative campus organization he had co-founded and led. She now runs the operation he left behind.
