Born September 25, 1965, Pippen spent 17 seasons in the NBA and became the defensive backbone of the Chicago Bulls dynasty that won six championships in the 1990s. Named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team eight straight times and a seven-time All-Star, he ran the floor like a point guard in a forward's body—named one of the 50 Greatest Players in 1997 and to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021.
