Theophan (Bystrov)

Theophan of Poltava was a Russian archbishop and theologian in the Eastern Orthodox Church. He was widely known as the "only Russian ascetic bishop". Theophan was the occasional confessor of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and his wife Alexandra.
