Something wrong?He wrote the Task Manager that every Windows user has summoned in a moment of panic, the pinball game that shipped with millions of PCs, and the reason you can double-click a zip file without thinking twice.

@daveplAbout this person
David William Plummer was born in 1968 and grew up to work at the intersection of systems programming and user-facing tools that millions would touch without knowing his name. He created HyperCache for the Amiga before moving into the Windows ecosystem, where he built Task Manager, ported Space Cadet Pinball to Windows NT, and gave the OS native zip file support. Six patents followed in software engineering. Later he turned to YouTube with Dave's Garage and Dave's Attic, pulling back the curtain on the code that shaped an era of personal computing.
