Anasse Kazib was born 2 January 1987 and worked the French railways while organizing as a trade unionist. The 2018 rail strikes put him in front of cameras, and he stayed there - commentating on subsequent movements, sharpening his politics under the Révolution Permanente label. In 2022 he tried for the presidency. Two years later he stood for a legislative seat. The through line: a worker who saw the picket as the entry point and kept pushing further into the system he wanted to overturn.
