The middle day of the days counted, so one week of news cannot move it. The line under it is the last 400 days, one point a day.

Ren Sugiyama was born May 31, 1996, and adopted the ring name YA-MAN somewhere along the climb through Japan's kickboxing circuits. He splits time between the cage and the camera, competing in mixed martial arts alongside his main work in RISE, where he fights at lightweight. By July 2022, Combat Press had him fifth among bantamweight kickboxers worldwide. The YouTube channel keeps the audience close between bouts.
