Wu Po-hsiung is a Taiwanese politician served as the mayor of Taipei from 1988 to 1990 and as the chairman of the Kuomintang from 2007 to 2009. Previously, he was also interior minister (1984-1988) and secretary-general to the president (1991-1996).
