Biography

About

William Patrick Hitler was born on 12 March 1911 in the Toxteth area of Liverpool to Alois Hitler Jr. and his Irish wife Bridget Dowling. In the 1930s he relocated to Germany to find work with the help of his half-uncle Adolf, but the arrangement soured after a fight between them and he returned to London. He later emigrated to the United States, where he received American citizenship and served in the United States Navy during World War II — fighting against his half-uncle's regime. After the war he changed his surname to Stuart-Houston. He died on 14 July 1987.
