Sir William Pearce Howland, was a Canadian politician who served as the second Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, from 1868 to 1873. As a member of the Executive Council of the Province of Canada from November 1864 to 1867, he was one of the Fathers of Confederation who attended the London Conference of 1866.
