William Millward was an American politician who served as a Whig member of the United States House of Representatives for Pennsylvania's 3rd congressional district from 1855 to 1857, and as a Republican member for Pennsylvania's 4th congressional district from 1859 to 1861. He served as marshal for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1861 to 1865 and as Director of the United States Mint from October 1866 to April 1867.
