Wayne Kemp was an American country music singer and songwriter. He recorded between 1964 and 1986 for JAB Records, Decca, MCA, United Artists, Mercury and Door Knob Records, and had twenty-four charting singles on the Hot Country Songs charts. His highest-charting single was "Honky Tonk Wine", which peaked at No. 17 in 1973. The song is included on his second studio album, Kentucky Sunshine, which reached No. 25 on Top Country Albums.
