Volodymyr Pavlovych Horbulin is a Soviet and Ukrainian politician, Head of the Council for Foreign and Security Policy, former secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, former Head of the National Space Agency of Ukraine, Dr. of Engineering Science, Professor, member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Director of the Institute of National Security Problems at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Hero of Ukraine, full Knight of the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise. Member of the International Academy of Astronautics.
