Vitsentzos Kornaros

Vitsentzos or Vikentios Kornaros or Vincenzo Cornaro was a Cretan poet of Venetian origin, who wrote the romantic epic poem Erotokritos. He wrote in vernacular Cretan dialect, and was a leading figure of the Cretan School.
