She is the founder and managing partner of TA Ventures, the founder of the international angel investment syndicate ICLUB, co-founder of the women-in-tech community Wtech, founder of the startup conference IDCEE, founder of the Odesa International Film Festival, co-founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Film Academy, and Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of the Ukrainian Startup Fund from its inception in 2019 until the end of 2025.
