Soviet Crimean Tatar politician
Veli İbraimov, also written as Veli Ibrahimov, was a Crimean Tatar revolutionary and Soviet politician. He served as the second Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, serving from 1924 to 1928.
