Lungelihle Zwane was born 30 March 2000 in Eswatini and crossed into South Africa with a deck and a gift for reading the room. She became Uncle Waffles in the amapiano wave, the piano-house hybrid that rewired club sound across the continent, and her sets blurred the line between selector and performer - she danced behind the decks, the clips spread, the bookings followed. Her debut single "Tanzania" hit number one in South Africa and went platinum seven times over. The genre found its face in a producer who understood that amapiano was always supposed to move you twice.
