Umihana Čuvidina

Umihana Čuvidina was a Bosnian poet of Ottoman times. She is the earliest Bosnian female author whose work survived to this day. Čuvidina sang her poems and contributed greatly to the traditional genre of Bosniak folk music, sevdalinka.
