Timothy Duggan is a retired American professional road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional between 2005 and 2013. Duggan turned professional in 2005 with TIAA–CREF, which morphed into Garmin. After six years with the squad, Duggan left for Liquigas–Cannondale in 2011. During his time with Liquigas–Cannondale, Duggan won the 2012 United States National Road Race Championships. In 2013, Duggan competed with Saxo–Tinkoff.
