Theodoros Hyrtakenos

Theodore Hyrtakenos, Latinized as Theodorus Hyrtacenus, was a court official of the Byzantine Empire. He flourished in the time of the Andronikos II Palaiologos, where he was the superintendent of the public teachers of rhetoric and belles lettres.
