Sviatoslav Oleksandrovych Shramchenko was a Ukrainian military and community leader, captain lieutenant of the Ukrainian People's Republic Navy, writer and famous philatelist. He was a son of Oleksandr Shramchenko, Ukrainian ethnographer.
