Stephanie Sinclair

Stephanie Sinclair is an American photojournalist and nonprofit executive whose work focuses on gender and human rights issues including child marriage and self-immolation. She is the founder and CEO of Too Young to Wed, a nonprofit organization working to end child marriage globally. Her photography has been published in National Geographic, The New York Times, and Time, and has been used in U.S. government policy documents including the 2016 and 2024 editions of the United States Global Strategy to Empower Adolescent Girls. She is a former staff photographer at the Chicago Tribune and a former full member of the VII Photo Agency.
