About this person
Stephanie Harvey, born April 19, 1986, played Counter-Strike under the tag missharvey and collected five world titles before retiring from pro competition. She moved to Ubisoft Montreal as a game designer while still tied to esports, eventually joining Counter Logic Gaming as Director of Business Development. Frustrated by the gender gap in competitive gaming, she co-founded Missclicks, an online community aimed at pulling more women into geek and game culture. The BBC named her one of 100 Women in 2016; that December she won Canada's Smartest Person, and in 2022 she took Big Brother Célébrités. In 2021, The Esports Awards gave her the Lifetime Achievement Award - rare air for someone who'd been out of the server for years but never stopped shaping the scene.
