Silvio Leonard Sarría also known as Silvio Leonard Tartabull is a former sprinter from Cuba. He is remarkable for being the second person to run the 100 meter sprints in less than 10 sconds with electronic timing, being the only Spanish speaking person to have accomplished such a feat.
