Thanks a lot. That was a big blessing. I didn’t realize that it would do so well. I just thought I was doing another horror movie.
It’s the same level of work, the same depth of emotion, it’s just in a different context. I was watching Mad Max and that director really pulled it together.
The cool thing about The Conjuring was that it became a respected film just for being a film. Tarantino rated it as one of his top ten films of the year.
