Séraphin François Rouamba is a Burkinabe Catholic prelate who served as Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Koupéla, from December 2000 until his retirement in 2019. Before that, from 1 June 1995 until 5 December 2000, he was the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Koupéla, Burkina Faso. He was appointed bishop on 1 June 1995 by Pope John Paul II. He was consecrated and installed at Koupéla, on 21 October 1995 by Archbishop Antonio Mattiazzo, Bishop of Padua. On 5 December 2000, The Holy Father appointed him archbishop of the Metropolitan Province of Koupéla, when the diocese was elevated to an archdiocese. He resigned as archbishop on 7 December 2019 and lives on as Archbishop Emeritus of Koupéla, Burkina Faso.
