Sebastián Romero Radigales

Sebastián de Romero Radigales was a Spanish diplomat who played a key role in efforts to rescue Jews in Greece during the Holocaust. Born in Graus, Aragon, he served as Spain’s consul in Athens during World War II. In recognition of his humanitarian work, he was posthumously awarded the title of Righteous Among the Nations by Yad Vashem in 2014.
