Sana'a Mehaidli

Sana'a Youssef Mehaidli was a Lebanese militant and member of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP). At the age of 16, she was killed when she exploded her car next to an Israeli convoy in Jezzine, Lebanon, during the South Lebanon conflict. Two Israeli soldiers and a Lebanese soldier were killed in the attack. Mehaidli is believed to be the first female suicide bomber.
