Uzbek architect
Sobir Rahimovich Odilov was an Uzbek and Soviet architect. He was awarded the title of People's Architect of the USSR in 1981 and served as the Chief Architect of Tashkent from 1970 to 1986. He was also a laureate of the State Prize of the USSR in 1975.
