Rúnar Rúnarsson is an Icelandic screenwriter and director. He graduated from the National Film School of Denmark in 2009. His credits include the feature film Volcano and the short films Anna, Two Birds, and The Last Farm. The latter was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film in 2006. He is referred to as the most awarded short film director in the world with more than 90 awards.
