Rovshan bey Afandizade was an Azerbaijani public figure, educator, pedagogue and theatre administrator. He was associated with educational and cultural activity in Nukha, Tiflis and Baku, and worked as a clerk of the Hajibeyli Brothers' Opera-Operetta Artists' Troupe.
