Holocaust perpetrator (1895–1969)
Robert Karl Ludwig Mulka was an SS-Hauptsturmführer (captain) and later demoted to Obersturmführer. At Auschwitz concentration camp, he was adjutant to the camp commandant, SS-Obersturmbannführer Rudolf Höss, making him second in command of the camp.
