Rayhana bint Zayd

Rayhana bint Zayd was born into the Banu Nadir, a Jewish tribe, and through marriage became part of the Banu Qurayza. In 627, during the siege of Banu Qurayza, her husband was killed and she was taken captive by early Muslims. She converted to Islam and entered Muhammad's household as a concubine, with some sources also describing her as his wife. The relationship bore no children. She died around 631 in Medina, the city where she had lived.
