Rashid bey Efendiyev

Rashid bey Afandiyev was an Azerbaijani educator, writer, ethnographer, playwright and translator. He was one of the early Azerbaijani graduates of the Transcaucasian Teachers Seminary and contributed to the development of Azerbaijani textbooks, children's literature, drama and ethnographic studies.
