Paige Hennekam was born August 2, 2000, in Canada. She started posting about her experiences with ADHD and autism on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in 2020, at a moment when few creators were speaking plainly about neurodivergence from the inside. The following grew fast. In 2024 she published her first book, But Everyone Feels This Way: How an Autism Diagnosis Saved My Life, a title that doubles as the dismissal she'd heard for years and the rebuttal that came with finally having words for it.
