Omar al-Bayoumi is a Saudi national with verified links to two of the 9/11 hijackers in the United States, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, and Anwar al-Awlaki, a al-Qaeda key organizer, later leader of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula Saudi Arabia claims that al-Bayoumi is not its agent.
