Seung-hwan Oh is a South Korean former professional baseball relief pitcher. He played in the KBO League for the Samsung Lions, in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Hanshin Tigers, and in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the St. Louis Cardinals, Toronto Blue Jays, and Colorado Rockies. In the KBO, he was the leagues' first player to reach the 300- and 400-save milestones, and is the all-time saves leader.
