Nikola Nalješković

Nikola Nalješković was a Ragusan poet, playwright and scholar. He wrote poetry, romantic canzones, masques, epistles, pastoral plays, mythological plays, farce, comedy and drama with features of Plautine erudite comedy and Roman mime. His dramatic works include lascivious and common themes.
