About this person
Nicholas Joseph Fuentes was born August 18, 1998, and grew up in La Grange Park, Illinois, holding mainstream conservative views through high school. He became politically active after graduating in 2016, supporting Donald Trump and launching his America First livestream in 2017 - the same year he attended the Unite the Right rally. In 2019, his Groyper followers confronted speakers at Turning Point USA events in what became known as the "Groyper War," and in 2020 he founded AFPAC, described as a white nationalist alternative to CPAC. He appeared at events before the January 6 Capitol attack, then drew wider attention in 2022 after a private dinner at Mar-a-Lago with Trump and Kanye West. Between 2020 and 2023, he was removed from numerous social media, streaming, and financial platforms for violating hate-speech policies and his January 6 involvement.
