Mykhailo Opanasovych Drai-Khmara was a Ukrainian Neoclassicist poet and Slavicist. A polyglot, he was renowned for his literary and scientific work. Drai-Khmara became a victim of Soviet repression as part of the Executed Renaissance generation.
