Michael James Gallagher was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as bishop of the Diocese of Detroit in Michigan from 1918 until his death in 1937. He also served as coadjutor bishop and bishop of the Diocese of Grand Rapids in Michigan from 1915 to 1918.
