Mayar Sherif

Mayar Sherif Ahmed Abdel-Aziz is an Egyptian professional tennis player. She has a career-high WTA ranking of No. 31 in singles, making her the highest ranked Egyptian singles player, male or female, in the Open Era. She also has a career-high of No. 65 in doubles. Sherif has won one singles title on the WTA Tour and two titles in doubles. She has also won a record nine WTA 125 singles titles and two doubles titles on the WTA Challenger Tour along with eleven singles and six doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. She is the younger sister of Rana Sherif Ahmed.
