Maxwell Tylden Masters FRS was an English botanist and taxonomist. He was the son of William Masters, the nurseryman and botanist of Canterbury and author of Hortus duroverni. The standard author abbreviation Mast. is used to indicate this person as the author when citing a botanical name.
