Mary Douglas Glasspool is an American bishop in the Episcopal Church. She served as assistant bishop in the Diocese of New York from 2016 to 2025, having previously been suffragan bishop of the Diocese of Los Angeles since 2010. She was the first openly lesbian woman to become a bishop in the Anglican Communion.
