About this person
Marwan Mohamed Ali Moussa was born on 10 January 1995 in Egypt and built his presence as both a rapper and producer inside a local hip-hop ecosystem hungry for its own sound. By 2022 the work had traveled: the All Africa Music Awards gave him Best African Rapper/Lyricist and Best Duo or Group in African Hip Hop the same year, a double recognition that planted his name outside Cairo. He produces his own tracks, writes in Arabic, and now stands among the most prominent figures in a movement still writing its rules.
