Martin Fofié Kouakou was an Ivorian military official. Formerly a zone commander in the Forces Nouvelles de Côte d'Ivoire, he was appointed to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Ivory Coast by Alassane Ouattara in 2011. At the time of his death, he was a Colonel-Major and commander of the Second Military Region in Daloa.
